The restaurant will have three dining rooms of which one will be set aside for Members Only. The menu will include continental, European, and Italian cuisine. Chef Leonardo has a reputation of serving only the finest cuisine.
Leonarda Da Vinci. will prove to be a great fun place relying on the anbience of fine decor and excellent seating arrangements, catered to by a fully trained and uniformed staff. Plans are in effect to apply for a Members Only gaming license at a later date. Chef Leonardo will be creating incredible menus developed from his 35 years of experience owning and operating fine hotels and restaurants in Las Vegas, Nevada. Chef Leonardo will place an emphasis on healthy menu development recognizing the trend in the restaurant industry.
Initial Operation Capital requirement is $20,000,000.
Initial funding for the land purchase option is $400,000 for thirty days. The land includes nine acres in Viera, Florida, located at the intersection of Viera Boulevard and Murell Road. The balance will be used for start up operation costs consisting of office set up and associated costs.
