The property is 2.5 million and 3 million for operating capital for one year. This request is for a total of 5.5 million. Terms and conditions can be discussed at a later date. This includes remodeling and replacement of equipment (dishes, tables, chairs, menus, marketing, promotion, licensing, payroll, etc..).
The person who funds the restaurant can hold the license and the equity on the building as security. This restaurant will have a full liquor license and seating for over 200 guests. This restaurant is located in a popular shopping center in Brevard County. I will personally train and supervise all employees
